personal 1:1 support: Cleo Guides are experienced in supporting many different types of families and providing support in more than 13 languages. Cleo can also connect you with BIPOC guides and/or guides who can provide extensive support for LGBTQIA & transgender families.

Communicate via message, phone, or video when it’s convenient for you and invite a partner to get answers to your questions as a family. Some of the topics Cleo Guides can assist with are: 

  • emotional & mental health screening

  • childcare navigation

  • developmental milestones & screening

  • family dynamics, positive parenting and behavioral support training

  • supporting learning and development

  • clinical support & guidance for specific conditions (e.g. ADHD & Autism spectrum)

  • Care.com takes the anxiety out of finding someone new. 

  • you can see the caregivers’ credentials, reviews from prior clients, availability and message them directly on the platform.

Red Bull's Parents & Friends community acts as a support network & voice within the organization for all employees who are currently parents or those exploring parenting options.
